TeamPerks is committed to protecting the personal data of every employee, HR administrator and partner using our platform. This summary explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, password (hashed)
• Profile info: birthday, employment start date, city, country
• Activity: benefit views, redemptions, gift card history, poll/survey responses
• Billing: Stripe customer & subscription identifiers (no raw card details)

Your GDPR rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time from your profile page. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role-based permissions and audit-logged for sensitive operations.
